Please note a certificate can only be ordered from this page if you made your original application on this website. If that is the case the quote number should be displayed in the subject of the emails LCIS have sent to you.
If you do not have a quote number, please call or email LCIS to obtain a Certificate of Currency.
If you require an Interested Party to be noted on your Certificate of Currency, please email insurance@lcis.com.au with the exact entity name to be noted and the reason they require to be noted on your policy.
