Types of buildings and assets we can arrange cover for

We understand that managing risk and protecting your assets is critical for your organisation's long-term success, which is why we can arrange a variety of covers under Business Package insurance and which can cover the following types of property plus other assets:

  • Buildings such as clubs, halls and recreational facilities.
  • Tenants improvements to leased premises
  • Tenants improvements to playing fields (for example: cricket nets, lighting towers, sprinkler systems, fencing, etc.)

If your organisation has made improvements to a leased property, it is important to have coverage for those improvements in case of damage or loss. This coverage can help protect you from financial losses associated with these improvements, whether it's due to fire, theft, or other unforeseen events. Without this coverage, you may be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing these improvements out of your own pocket. So remember to tell us about any improvements you have made to the landlords property.

Contents insurance

In addition to asset and building cover, we can arrange contents cover, which can help protect the contents of your buildings from damage, theft, or loss. This type of coverage is especially important for community groups and not-for-profit organisations that may have valuable equipment, inventory, or possessions.
