This policy provides your club or community group with an indemnity against all sums which you become legally liable to pay by way of compensation for bodily injury and/or property damage to the public resulting from an occurrence which arises from your negligence or the negligence of your members, including voluntary workers, engaged on behalf of the club or community group.

1. Words with Special Meanings:
You, your, insured is amended at paragraph (2) to read as follows:
"Any Director, Executive Officer, Employee, partner or shareholder, Committee Member, Office Holders, Manager, Coach or Trainer employee of You or of the parties designated in paragraphs (1) but only whilst acting within the scope of their duties in such capacity".
1. Words with Special Meanings:
Additional clauses are included under You, your, insured as below
(7) All members of You which shall include any voluntary worker are deemed to be parties comprising The Insured provided that:
  1. it shall be a condition precedent to the liability of the Company that the member hereby indemnified shall comply with and be subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of this Policy as though such member were the Insured;
  2. the Limit of Indemnity shall apply inclusive of this endorsement.
(8) Any Lessor/Landlord in respect of their liability arising from the activities of You or one of the parties shown in (1) or (2) whilst in occupancy of the leased/occupied premises, but subject always to the extent of coverage and the limit of liability provided by this policy. Indemnity will not be provided however where any claim arises from the negligence of the Lessor/Landlord.

AMENDMENT TO PARAGRAPH 5 (g) PROPERTY IN YOUR CUSTODY OR CONTROL
The sub-limit amount shown of $50,000 in this paragraph is deleted and replaced with a sub-limit amount of $100,000.

AMENDMENT TO PARAGRAPH 12 PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY
12 Professional liability is amended to read as follows:
“The rendering of or failure to render professional advice or service by You or any related error or omission; but this exclusion does not apply to:
  1. the rendering of or the failure to render professional medical advice by Medical Persons employed by You to provide first aid and other medical services on Your premises, or
  2. personal injury or property damage arising therefrom providing such professional advice or service is not given for a fee.
  3. personal injury or property damage arising from the actions of coaches/instructors/trainers paid or unpaid”.

ADDITIONAL PARAGRAPHS TO POLICY SECTION – WHEN YOU ARE NOT COVERED
24 PARTICIPATION:
Personal Injury or damage to property of any person caused by or arising out of the participation of such person or his/her property in any game, match, race, practice, trial, or other sporting activity (including but not limited to swimming, gymnastics, health and fitness activities); but this exclusion does not apply to:
  1. personal injury or damage to property caused by or arising out of your negligence as a property owner or lessee or occupier or manager of the premises or facility.
25 CHILD MOLESTATION:
The molestation or interference with a minor or minors by
  1. You or any person comprising You
  2. any of Your employees, or
  3. any person performing any voluntary work on Your behalf.
Further, we shall not have any duty to defend any action, suit or proceedings brought against You (or any other person or body corporate who might otherwise but for the provisions of this clause be entitled to indemnity under this policy) which either directly or vicariously seeks compensation in respect of such molestation or interference as above or from any personal injury resultant therefrom.
26 AMUSEMENTS:
Will not provide cover in respect of claims arising from:
  • Children’s Rides, Animal Rides;
  • Amusement Rides and Devices;
  • Inflatable Recreational Equipment.
27 SECURITY PERSONNEL:
Personal injury or property damage arising directly or indirectly out of or caused by security personnel.
28 TERRORISM:
Terrorism as defined in the policy wording.
