- Ensure that the correct email address is stored against the policy. (If you are unsure then contact the LCIS Team. If you have received prior communications regarding your policy your it’s most likely that we have the correct email.)
- Refresh your email client or click on the Send/Receive button. This will ensure that your inbox is refreshed with the latest emails. (If you are unsure how to do that please contact the LCIS Team.)
- Ensure that the one-time password (OTP) emails are not being sent to your Junk or Spam folders.
- Ensure that you don’t have any other Rules/Processeds that move emails from the LCIS to other folders.
