Property & Asset Cover & Asset Insurance – Policy Wording
The insurer’s ‘Policy Wording’ sets out the actual coverage terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions provided under the policy. Please access these documents on the links provided and read them thoroughly in conjunction with your Policy Schedule and call us immediately if you require clarification on any issue.
Current Policy Wording:
For any Business Pack insurance policies from August 1 2023, please refer to the QBE – QM2819-0521 policy wording.
Previous Policy Wording:
For any Business Pack insurance policies before August 1 2023, please refer to the QM5606-0722 – Victor Commercial Business Pack.
Difference in conditions:
Please note for clients renewing their policy after August 1, 2023: It is agreed that for the first twelve (12) months of operation of this insurance the cover afforded by the policy QBE – QM2819-0521 for those sections of cover and optional extensions taken shall be no less than the cover afforded under the expiring policy QM5606-0722 – Victor Commercial Business Pack.
In the event that a claim is not covered under this policy, but would have been covered under the terms and conditions of the expiring policy, it is agreed that the terms and conditions of the expiring policy wording (other than General exclusions, General conditions, Claims the period of insurance, and Sums Insured or Limits of Liability) shall apply.
All other terms and conditions of the policy remain unaltered.
