Renewal time presents an ideal opportunity for you to determine if your group requires additional cover. Since you last took out cover there may have been changes to your group that have increased your risk factors. If this is the case then you will need to let us know during the renewal process so we can update your insurance accordingly.
To renew your policy and continue to protect your community group, please enter the quote number we have emailed to your nominated email address. You will continue to receive renewal reminders from us until your policy has been paid or your policy is lapsed.
When the time comes to renew your policy with us you will be notified via your nominated email address.
Majority of our policies are valid for 12 months. When your policy is approaching renewal you will be sent a reminder email 6 weeks from the due date. You will continue to receive renewal reminders from us until your policy has been paid or your policy has lapsed. If payment is not received your policy will be lapsed 14 days after the due date. We will continue your cover your group for two weeks as a buffer.
